Honest Focus

I purposefully make my time of honest focus for loving kindness.

Honest focus in our heart’s song is responsive to self compassion.

In care for our own hearts we can listen with compassionate hearing.

Listening closely in love to our honest heart song respects self loving kindness.

Once we create our heart ear we listen closer than before.

Loving listening to heart song truth can be developed into self compassionate heart song music.

Heart song music can play continuously for our goal of world peace.
